Welcome to the Robert Bateman P.S. website!

We are a large modern school in the community of Hunt Club Park. Opened in 1991, our school is named after the Canadian artist, Robert Bateman, who continues to take an active interest in the life of the school.

Robert Bateman P.S. is a dual track school with a capacity of approximately 500 students. We offer programs in English ( JK to Grade 6 ) and Early French Immersion ( SK to grade 6 ) as well as Special Education and English as a Second Language support. Our priorities for this school year include:

• A Safe and Caring School
• Implementation of an Early Literacy Program
• Mathematics School Wide

We are looking forward to implementing programs to address our priorities, and we stress that a Safe and Caring school is one in which everyone is treated with kindness and respect - students, staff, parents, visitors, and volunteers. At our school, students, staff and parents are actively involved and work together in order to maximize learning opportunities.
